Frequently Asked Questions About Trade Show Materials

  • How far ahead should I start?

    Three to four weeks before ship date is comfortable for a full kit with new design. Reorders and simple banners can move much faster. If your show is sooner than that, call anyway; rush production is a normal part of our week.

  • Can you ship directly to the venue?

    Yes. We can ship to the convention center, your hotel, or an advance warehouse, with labeling that matches the show's receiving requirements. For events near Knoxville, you can simply pick everything up from us.

  • Will the materials survive more than one show?

    If you want them to. Hardware like banner stands and fabric displays is built for repeated use, and we can design graphics without dated content so the same kit works all season. We'll tell you which pieces to invest in and which to treat as disposable.

  • We have a brand book but no booth design. Where do we start?

    That's an easy starting point. Send the brand book and your show dates, and our designers will propose a kit that fits your booth size and budget, then print it under the same roof.
