Print & Brand Collateral

Brochure Printing Services in Knoxville

A brochure has one job: get picked up, get read, and make the next step obvious. Most fail at step one because they were laid out on a screen by someone who never folded the printed result.

Our brochure printing services run out of our own Knoxville shop, where the designer doing the layout can walk over and fold a test print. That sounds small. It is the difference between panels that break in the right places and a tri-fold where the headline disappears into the crease.

Designed around the fold, not retrofitted to it

We start with how the piece will be used. A rack brochure in a lobby needs a top third that sells from behind other brochures. A leave-behind after a sales call needs room for the rep to write on. A flyer stapled to a community board needs to read from six feet away.

Once the use is clear, we design panel by panel so the reader's path through the piece matches the fold, then run a printed dummy before committing to the full quantity.

From file to finished stack

You approve a physical proof, not a PDF approximation of one. We check color, crossovers, and fold registration on press, and trim and fold in-house. Most jobs are ready within days of approval, and rush timelines are available when an event moves up on you.

Copy and photography, if you need them

Plenty of clients bring finished content. Others bring a rough Word document and a folder of phone photos. Because KCA is a full agency, we can write the copy, shoot or source the imagery, and design the layout as one project instead of three vendors.

Frequently Asked Questions About Brochures & Flyers

  • What drives brochure pricing?

Quantity, size, paper, fold complexity, and whether you need design work. A simple tri-fold on house stock sits at one end; a die-cut piece on heavy uncoated paper sits at the other. Describe the piece and we'll quote real numbers fast.

  • Tri-fold, bi-fold, or something else?

It depends on how much you have to say and where the piece lives. Tri-folds suit racks and mailers. Bi-folds give imagery room to breathe. If your content fights the format, we'll tell you before you print 5,000 copies of the wrong choice.

  • How long does a typical brochure project take?

Print-only jobs from finished files usually run a few business days. Projects that include copywriting and design depend on review rounds on your side; we'll map the schedule at kickoff so the delivery date is real.

  • Can you match a brochure to materials another shop printed?

Usually, yes. Bring a physical sample. We'll match stock and color as closely as the original allows and flag it honestly if an exact match isn't possible.
